I was able to use this watch for many workout and it is a great watch for the price. This watch is an absolute steal. When I first received the watch my wristband broke. But when I contacted the seller he was very kind to send me another complimentary watch. Great service and great watch.

This is a really good watch. It did not come with instructions to set date, time and alarms, but again youtube has just about everything on it. The only issue I have with this watch is that I can't adjust the day of the week.

Good price, recommend
It's suitable for a man, big enough plate with big font. Lots of information shows on the plate, week day, time, AM/PM, time, date, but lack of year. I like its waterproof, so I don't need to put it off when I am swimming or showering. However there are still 2 drawbacks when I am using it for several days: 1) the light is not bright enough, 2) no a guideline to setup. I got it out by trying many times. But anyway it's a good price to have such watch with such functions. 5 stars.
