Horrible Seller

Do not purchase anything from this seller. They have the most inefficient return system I've ever experienced. I dropped off the return on 5/7 and am still waiting for my refund. Today is 5/23. I've reached out to customer service multiple times and keep getting the runaround. Never again.

Hello anonymous! We take this complaint seriously and understand the frustration. We investigated this case and confirm that the package was dropped off on May 7th. However according to the Fedex trackng history it only started to move on May 15th, more than a week later. We did receive the return on May 20th and processed it for the refund. The actual refund is not issued by the seller, but by Walmart. The refund was issued on May 27th. We regret the delay, but do need to highlight that we have no control over Fedex nor Walmart.
