Instructions
Unwind about 18 inches of floss, wind most of it around one of your middle fingers, and the rest around the other middle finger. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently insert the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Curve the floss around each tooth and beneath the gum line. Slowly move the floss up and down to remove plaque.

Looking for a good floss, read this.
Make sure the long number on the lower right of the front is 90495772. That is THE item number. The last time I bought this from Costco it looked like fishing line. Not the usual product that Costco has sold for years. It hurt to floss and flung whatever it loosened from my teeth onto the mirror. I have since tried many types from many manufacturers and they were terrible. That's when I realized the item number on an old package and Amazon had it with that number, but when I received it it wasn't the same. So I tried it, and it worked as well as the older product. BTW- The older product that Costco used to sell had an item number of, 91881299 which is the number on the product I ordered on Amazon, however when I received it it was the updated product with the new number of 90495772. But after testing it it works as well as the old product it replaced. Sorry this is so long, but I know how frustrating flossing is, but it is a necessary exercise to floss at least once a day. I don't ever want to go through gum disease again. It was painful and a life lesson for me.

Agree with previous reviews, what I received was not as pictured. I ordered Multi Protection Clean Mint in blue case but they shipped Bacteria Defense in silver case (see photo). Inferior product in my past experience as it shreds. About to find out if Walmart stands behind its return policy.
