This is a nice item for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and wants to know the wind speed, temperature etc. I gave it as a gift and the person was very happy with it and anxious to share it with friends. Worked well- needs 3 AAA batteries not included. I had put them in so it would work as soon as the gift was opened.
