Product details
This replacement sacrificial zinc anode is designed to fit Kasco units with a 1/2 inch motor shaft, helping to protect your equipment from corrosion and electrolysis. It is recommended for 1/2 HP-1 HP fountain, surface aerator, circulator, and de-icers, and should be checked and replaced periodically (every 2-3 months or if reduced to half the original size or white in color) to ensure maximum efficiency. The anode is easy to install, simply remove the old one and place the new one around the propeller shaft, securing it with the provided screws.
