This is my second bottle and I absolutely love it, it does everything it says it will do. I ended up getting pregnant after taking only HALF of the first bottle, I unfortunately ended up miscarrying but not because of the product. They are fairly large which isn't a problem for me but could be for somebody else. It's improved my mood, skin, sleep, and regulating my cycle. Highly recommend this over other brands!! The taste isn't fantastic but it's definitely bearable
