Poorly made

If these were a Junior High woodshop project they would have been given a grade of D-. The wood shelves were not sanded and are extremely rough. The paint on them is not much more that a white-wash as you can see the wood though it. Aside from being the right size for what I needed, these do not meet the "Made in the U.S.A." quality standard one would expect for the price.
