Label Printer, 4x6" High Speed Direct Thermal Label Printer, for Barcode, Labeling, Filing, Mailing, Home & Office

Instructions are in Chinese so, you have to Google the information on the cd. I downloaded the drivers and had no issues with set up. I have Microsoft soft windows on my laptop and used the Microsoft edge browser. I just go to print as usual and switch to xprinter printer instead of my prior canon pixma printer. I just had to switch to the 4x6 labels and fit to page set up. My first ebay shipping label was a bit light but the second label was much darker and crisp. I'm not a high volume seller but, this suits my needs. I was amazed at the easy set up. I like that I didn't have to fiddle with it and waste may day trying to figure it out. Plus I didn't have to ask any of my kids to help an old lady out. You could use the roll and stack labels but, you need a holder for the stack labels. There is a sample tester printed label but. I couldn't figure out the year it was made. lot of similar models with different names. Printer seems well made and does not have a cheap look or feel. Power cord is long but printer cable is a bit short. Could be longer. I was apprehensive to but this thermal printer because it had no reviews but, I'm happy with my purchase. It was was packaged well in box but then shipped in poly mailer. A bit concerning but, it wasn't damaged. I thought maybe it was refurbished but, it looked brand new but maybe just re boxed
