With this harness, the leash attaches at the front of your dog’s chest, unlike standard collars or back-attachment harnesses which compel the pet parent to pull from behind. This means when your dog pulls forward while wearing the Easy Walk® Harness, he will feel your weight from one side and will be less tempted to pull. This deluxe version differs from our standard Easy Walk® Harness with added neoprene straps for cool comfort and reflector strips for night safety. This harness was created by a veterinary behaviorist and is trusted by a million dog parents and trainers each year. Big improvement on walking behavior!
I purchased this harness for my dog and I was very please with the way it works. I find it makes it a whole lot easier to control my dog (my dog likes to pull a lot when we go for a walk) it's easier to correct her when she starts pulling. Lately I have notice a big improvement, she is getting use to walk next to me.

A harness that allows complete control
I use this harness on my very active Pit Bull mix. I have tried many alternative harnesses but this one is the only one where I have been able to completely control my dog! He can be quite reactive when he sees other dogs, but it isn't much of an issue when he has this harness on. The surcingle on the front of the chest where you connect the leash to the harness allows you to pull the dog back towards you completely instead of just pulling on the dog, which usually ends up in the dog pulling you forward. This allows my dog to snap out of his reactive mode and focus on something different. There is a distinct difference in the level of control I have from when this harness is on him and when I have the leash just attached to his collar. I have been using this harness on my dog for over three years now and it has held up great, and I know I will be able to get a few more years out of it! Using this harness does take a little bit of getting used to. Having the leash in the front of the chest can feel a little awkward at first, but once you use it more it becomes second nature and is absolutely worth it. I have the medium-large size for my 55-pound Pit Bull mix and it fits him well, with room to increase or decrease the size. If you have a dog that likes to tug while being walked, this harness is for you!
