Investigators

A man, John Phillips, who wins the California State Lottery, decides to give some of his money to people in need. He hires a private detective, David T. Baker, to make sure the people are really in need of his help. John tags along with Baker and likes it so much that he becomes a private investigator himself. The two of them go on a journey solving crime.
