They are exactly as described! Fit is true to size, I love them! I have very bad verifies veins on thighs and lower legs, and the compression from ankle to hip was perfect!

I love my Sigvaris for lipedema

These are my favorite compression pants for managing lipedema and healing from corrective liposuction surgery. These are not for the first 4-6 weeks after surgery but for long-term maintenance. They seem to conform to my shape better than any of the many others I've tried. They are a bit hot over 80 degrees. And I love the color options!
