Charlotte Tilbury Rock 'N' Kohl Eyeliner Pencil - Midnight Blue

This is an EXCELLENT liner. I have used them ALL. I was using the Bobi Brown gel liner, but honestly this goes on so smooth, easy and perfect I'm hooked. This won't fade or budge all day and night. I bike to work, and it's hot now, and this looks flawless up until I take it off at night.

This is a game changer for me. My ends tend to water a lot and this formula stays put while still being "smudgeable and blendable". The color is spot on and I just cannot recommend these eye pencils especially the Barbarella Brown. I am 58 and have blue eyes. The Barbarella Brown is dark enough to accentuate my eyes and eye color but doesn't give that tired look or "overdoing" it look that I can sometimes get with a black pencil. Love it!
