The extra layer of insulation can keep the beverage’s temperature hot or cold, and it also protects hands against heat without using a cup sleeve. Karat Earth Insulated Hot Cups are environmentally friendly and are available for custom print service to complement your business/brand image. Karat Earth Insulated Paper Hot Cups are the eco-friendly choice among paper coffee cup options. Unlike other paper hot cups that are lined with chemically-made plastics to prevent leaking, the PLA lining is a type of coating that derives from corn or sugarcane, which is a renewable resource. These cups are compostable in commercial facilities where the variables, including temperature, humidity, and bacteria are controlled to facilitate biodegradation. Karat Earth 16 oz Insulated Paper Hot Cups are leaking free and can be commercially composted.
