UTI Relief
I am prone to getting the dreaded UTI. I never have liked the taste of cranberry juice and I believe in taking a supplement to help in prevention. My job requires me to be on my feet all day with very few restroom breaks so these, no doubt, are going to help. I started out taking 2 twice a day and then bumped back to 1 twice a day. Don't forget to drink a full 8 ounce glass of water and eat something before you take them. I made the mistake of not eating before and got stomach pains. I make sure I take them with a meal now and haven't had that happen again.
