Cute item but delivered damaged

This item is cute, soft, and my niece loves it. The issue was with delivery. The box was partially open when left on my doorstep and it wasn't even in a bag so good thing it didn't rain that day. The real issue was that the item had a large blue and black stain down the back of it. Sort of like a scuff mark and I wasn't able to return and replace in time for the birthday party. Would have returned
