Yogi Elderberry Lemon Balm Immune Plus

This is good to drink when sickness is around to help boost your immune system. It also helps with stress. It's caffeine free which is a plus! I will drink this after work for all of winter and all year long. I drink it more in the winter when flu and other illnesses are going around. I love the positive messages on every tea tag. The tea has a lemony kind of flavor. I like it. When it cools down I add some honey. I never add honey to hot tea.

Love this tea. The tea taste good and doesn't mess with my sleep. I like to have something hot to drink late in the day, but most hot drinks like hot chocolate and coffee have caffeine. unless you buy decaffeinated coffee which I do not like, I didn't put any stars for price because I am a penny pincher, but it is worth it for now.

I drink the tea every night I enjoy the lemony taste as well as the aroma it gives off. I suppose one could add honey but I mix it with throat comfort tea so I find no need for a sweetener and I look at it like a double boost to the Immune system
