WHAT TOOK SO LONG

The rating is on the jacket it's a nice warm perfect jacket, my wife says. Now the service on the other hand. I ordered it and they kept saying IN PROCESS for almost three wks. I asked about the jacket and the reply was still processing. My point is that if you say you have it in stock and they said they did how long dose it take to PROCESS they got my money (that process took 3.5 seconds) pack and ship it.
