effective and easy to use
I bought this product because my dentist friend suggested it. It helps with the remineralisation of enamel and there are studies published to prove it. It's pretty straightforward to use and the strawberry has a pleasant taste. I use it once a week after flossing and brushing (the teeth surface should be clean otherwise it won't work), apply about a pea size of the mousse on teeth (use tongue to spread it), wait for about 3 minutes and after that don't eat or drink for another 30 mins. I heard it also helps with the sensivity after whitening, but you should definitely consult with your dentist about these things. walmart's pricing is good as far as I know, and the quick delivery made the shopping experience even better.
