Always missing at least one item

Every time we do a curbside pickup, at least one item is "unavailable" in the order. We find this odd, since we can go inside the store and find the item on a shelf. I do not allow substitutions as the person picking the order may not understand what we want. Also, find that fresh vegetables are not all that fresh. Expiration date may be the following day. Only canned goods or packaged items are on our list now.
