Perfect for Accountability and Accuracy
The material of the plate is Lightweight and in a nice shade of "salmon" pink. The graphics on the plate are nicely done. Bright, eye pleasing colors help keep meals in check. The plate is perfectly designed to help you stay in control of your portion sizes without having to measure everything out...although i still do just to keep myself in check.

Perfect for portion control purposes
I bought this plate to help me control my portion sizes when not at home and it has more than exceeded my expectations. I take it with me to family gatherings and places where I don’t have access to a scale to measure my portions and it’s very helpful

I'm still about a month away from getting a surgery date, and I think that this plate is the perfect size. The material is good quality, someone in my home dropped it and it did not break. I really enjoy having the visual of all the little food groups on the plate too.
