Champion Men’s and Big Men's Open Bottom Cotton Jersey Pants Active Up to Size 4XL

I wear these all the time. Lounging around the house mostly but no problem throwing on my shoes and wearing them to the market. They don't look like pajamas but I have also slept in them. They are very lightweight but are not see-through. I like that they are 100% cotton. They get softer each time I wash them. I would buy a few more pairs.

The pants are well made and a good quality. However, they were not as soft and the texture was not as smooth as expected. In ordering “Jersey” pants, we had expected a smooth, thin and soft fabric like prior ones my husband “ adored”. We would like to find soft,amooth, lightweight pants for summer wear. Textured fabric is not desired and a thin fabric is preferred for summer wear. We sent one pair back, but washed the other pair in hopes of softening them. They would feel soft to most people, but the 85 year old who wears them insists on clothes as soft as can be. He has one pair of Champions of that quality and wishes to find more of the very same, smooth (slick) soft and lightweight. An idea would be welcomed.
