I have used Splenda for years. It is a bit sweeter than sugar, but I like that. I use the packets more than the loose Splenda in the bag. I use what is in the bag for cooking and baking. You use the same measurements as sugar and I can't tell it is not sugar.

They're occasions I like to use Splenda or Truvia in my herbal teas or occasionally in my coffee. I am very health focused so I try to minimize my use of them as much as possible, but I just keep them on hand for occasions when it is certain teas like green tea that are bitter if I don't put a little something in there and then try to avoid them in other teas that I'm able to drink on their own just straight. I think these little packets are convenient. You can take them with you in your purse or a bag or a briefcase should you choose when you travel or go places for work or such. It's up to you if you want to use them for For Daily Use which I would never do because I don't want to be ingesting it that much when I try to avoid such artificial type things, but I don't think that it's bad if you just use it only on certain occasions …again that is up to the user and it is just my opinion for myself …they're easy to pour into the tea cups and are so convenient and I would recommend them to others only based on the opinion of how I used them for myself, but free will and all you can use them however, you choose to that's up to you I just avoid using them on a daily basis because I happen to live by an anti-inflammatory food plan for health reasons that are very important for my overall well-being so I just use on occasionally.
