The Black Cord Makes It Look Ugly and Cheap.
The black cord really stood out visually and made what would have been an attractive lamp look ugly and cheap. I wish that we hadn't bought it. It's for a rental house and I am looking for a replacement and will absorb that cost. It's just too ugly to keep. It was installed before I saw it, or I would not have kept it.
