Get a ladder, and set aside about 2 hours for branch fluffing. Nice wide base for stability. I would buy another one if I had room for 2, 12' trees. Same multi-part assembly as every other artificial tree out there only with more sections. Ill be decorating it two parts then reassembling because its THAT tall.
