My picky eater daughter LOVES these potatoes. They cook fast and easily and have a good light seasoning. I prefer a little more seasoning personally, but if my daughter eats it I am content! The parmesan is a great touch. I can cook my own potatoes, but this just takes off any weight of planning or prepping food, so it's now a staple in my house.

Wow! These are SO GOOD. Honestly, tastes like potatoes from a restaurant. I was raised on homemade dinners, and these potatoes remind me of my Irish mom's potatoes. Seasoned perfectly. So easy to toss in the oven. I use parchment paper under mine, and give the cookie sheet a good "shake" every few minutes to avoid over-toasting the bottoms.
