This Santoku knife is well made and exceptional design. Chef knife or Santoku knife is certainly a versatile kitchen knife nowadays. A very sharp knife great for cutting vegetables, fruits. meat, poultry, and herb. Hollow edge creates a barrier between the food and the blade, preventing food from sticking to the blade. Zwilling Gourmet knife is a light knife that is durable and could stand rusting and corrosion. Dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended.
