This product keeps me running!

When I was 50 I was having physical therapy on a pulled muscle that I injured running. My physical therapist recommended that I buy Saucony Running Shoes because I had over pronation. Well that started my journey with Saucony. Now at 77 and still running I can't imagine not using Hurricanes. I sometimes wish they were lighter and then I remember I have no foot problems or knee problems. As an older runner I am convinced that my running health is totally associated with the fact that I have used nothing other than Saucony. For the last three years I have used ISO 2 and now I have ISO 3 which seems to give me the support and comfort I need running on a hard surface. As long as I can run I will keep using Saucony Hurricanes.

Love these!

I started running about 3 years ago. I ran through 2 pair of Triumph ISOs and worked up to a half marathon. My feet were hurting and the upper mesh on my Triumphs wore through. A running store recommended I switch to the Hurricanes and they're perfect! I'm 180 miles into these and training for a marathon. I'm not using any inserts (just what they came with). The shoe is wearing nicely. I expect to put 400 miles on them before I replace them with the latest version. I chose to go with a half size larger than I could have to make sure my toes had plenty of room to splay. Now that I'm running in the Minnesota cold weather, they're as comfortable with two pair of socks as they were with one. Thank you!

Perfect for me

I don't usually leave reviews for purchases but as I couldn't find any user reviews online I thought I'd help out potential buyers. Throughout my time running I've come to accept that pins and needles are something I've got to live with. I've tried various shoes from Nike, Addidas, Asics and others, laced them in various ways but I always end up with numb feet. Until now, the hurricanes fit me perfectly the iso fit system keeps your foot secure without applying too much pressure there's plenty of room in the toe box, in short I love them. Another issue I've had with stability shoes is feeling a hard ridge in the midsole. Not an issue with these. I've got enough stability but no discomfort, I assume this is due to the Everun topsole. Speaking of Everun, it's great. If you've tried an Adidas shoe with boost I'd say it's better. You get the energy return without the squishy feel. The only negative I have with the Hurricanes is the styling and colours. They look a bit clunky and there's only two quite bland colour options.
