Perfect for dressing, sauces and light batters. The design of this whisk is so beautiful, designed by a team in Italy. This is not your run-of-the-mill whisk, but looks better and performs better in every way. I love the brushed stainless steel finish, as it is a cut-above my other tools, so I am slowly replacing them all to these Zwilling tools. Nice they can also be hung on your kitchen grid or bar.

This whisk was uniquely designed, I have never seen anything like it. I have noticed because of the coils being shaped like a star, it whisks eggs faster and even easier. This has become my wife's baking whisk, she swears it works better than the other whisks. My family loves Zwilling whisks, and would definitely recommend them!
