Returns: DO NOT BUY BIG TICKET ITEMS
This has been a horrible experience. The chairs did not work and we returned them. There were two chairs per box and Walmart only refunded for one chair per box even though all the documentation for the order and shipping states two chairs per box. I spoke with Walmart Customer Service after the online bot could not help. They told me there is an email address they send the request to solve the problem but they never get responses and there is no human to help. Walmart owes us about $2,000 but the customer service says there is no help beyond them sending an email where Walmart customer service gets no response. DO NOT buy big ticket items from Walmart.com if you return you will never get your money back.
