LIMITED WARRANTY: We warrant to the Original Purchaser, for a 90-day period from the date of purchase as registered, HOHNER accordions bearing the serial number shown below, (if any) to be free from defects and which our examination shall to our satisfaction disclose to be defects in material and workmanship, under normal use. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Should any defects in material and workmanship occur, we will, at our option, repair or exchange the accordion, free of charge to the Original Purchaser. During the warranty period, if the accordion is returned to us with your original sales slip, shipping charges must be prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any accordion which has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. This warranty only covers accordions purchased in the USA from authorized distributors. Warranty is also voided if the Original Purchaser no longer resides in the continental United States or Canada. The term Original Purchaser, as used in this warranty, means the person to whom the first sale of the accordion was made by the original authorized dealer. This person must register the ownership of the accordion by returning the Registration Card attached to this warranty, properly filled out. This warranty is not transferrable. Transit damage is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is effective only if the attached Registration Card has been received from the Original Purchaser within ten (10) days from the date of purchase.
