Seller Verified Purchase

The shoe is so much fun, but poor customer service

This is a fun shoe. My only complaint is with the customer service I received. I placed my order late at night (for me) when I was tired, and did not click on the extra 15% off. I contacted customer service in the morning and they did not credit the 15% or allow me to cancel the order (which I would have redone immediately).
