Great optic for that rifle you don't worry about wind, but maybe want vertical adjustment fast. I used this on my AR for varmints has worked great in 90 deg days as well as a 0 Deg day for coyotes. I would highly recommend this optic for someone wanting a first upgrade from a budget setup. I think this optics capability covers a wide range of skill levels of shooters. It isn't an ARES or Cronus but its plenty to get the job done.

Heck of a deal

Really good deal. Works great. So I bought another one. The capped windage works great. The magnification dial extension didn't work well because it gets in the way so didn't use it. Used on youth rifle, perfect for beginner with the large objective lens. I'll probably end up buying another one.

Athlon Midas 5-25x56

This is my third Athlon scope, all different models. The glass is excellent. The eye relief is among the most forgiving I've ever experienced. The parallax adjustment knob markings are very close to the identified ranges. The turrets are very positive for adjustment.
