Nice countertop knife block
Sturdy, heavy — which is really important because you want your knife block to be as stable as possible. The plastic bits are removable and washable which is great, I don't like not being able to clean knife blocks with individual slots for knives. The bamboo has a nice finish.

I really like this knife block -- its sturdy, tall, and attractive. The walls are thick, and it holds all my knives (even the bread knife) with no problem. I really like the no-slot design, since it allows all different kinds of knives to fit in. I like that the knife holders come out for cleaning. The fit and finish is really good, and it looks like a premium product that gives the impression of good design. I would definitely recommend this product if you are looking for a universal knife block for your countertop.
