The active ingredient in each tablet is Phenylephrine HCl 10mg, a nasal decongestant. Recommended for adults and children age 12 and older, take 1 tablet every 4 hours. This medication works for me when I get sinus headaches. It is not strong, but that's what I like. I can still be productive without the bad side affects I get from the strong stuff. I get the headaches when the weather changes, I take one of these and it goes away. I don't need to take anything else with it like tylenol or aleve. I feel like they are trying to remove them so we have to pay more for stronger pills that knock you out. It seems very sus to me.
