Compuer great - person who shipped it awful

The computer is great and working well for now - the shipping was awful! The computer wasn't properly packaged so I'm thankful it is unharmed. I tried to report it to Walmart help but it wouldn't allow me to submit pictures. They also used an OLD beat up box that you could tell had been recycled - it was ripped and damaged when it arrived.
