First of all let me tell you that it has been quite a while since I have eaten Big Mama pickled sausages. I have been looking for fermented foods for some while in addition to the ones I usually eat these days. I'm not a hiker per se, but these probably would be worth your while to carry along . Satisfying taste and filled me up per serving though I would prefer a less dense sausage and not quite so spicy now that I am nearly a septuagenarian.

I'm into pickled stuff, and these are bad to the bone good. Some pickled sausages are almost like a dare to eat because they are so spicy, but these hardly have any spice, so you won't need to take breaks eating a whole one. Definitely recommend if you like pickled stuff, and if you don't like pickled stuff, this isn't for you
