Bluebonnet Collagen
This is a hight quality product. The collagen is hydrolyzed so that the body can use it more efficiently. It may help with skin, hair and nails. I just have not used it long enough yet to notice that.

I'm glad I found it
I bought it because of my hair. Now I'm finishing my second container and I can tell it works. I noticed changes. I add it to the oatmeal, it dissolves easily and doesn't have any taste. Once I forgot it and I mixed it with my tea and it was good too.
