Bad Finishing, nit trustworthy items

They arrived scratched with a lot of paimt imperfection. I have tested 4 recess light on one of my rooms and at one incident, the light didnt turned on. I checked my Leviton switch, and the switch was on. Then i was about to turn off/ion my power breaker, but the light turned on by themself. Maybe there were a delay on the circuit current. The shipment of 2 set of 12 pack arrived after several months since October 2021.
