Contact Case with Unequal Technology for Apple iPhone 7

My son has this case on his phone and the bodyGuardz glass protector. He just showed me today that the case does not provide any protection to the edge of his phone. The sides of the glass protector are exposed so they are already cracked and scratched. He has had this combo for less than 1 month. Very unhappy with this case. I would like for someone to contact me about getting a better case replacement and new glass also. He old “cheap” phone case was 2 years old and he never had to replace the glass. Now in less than 1 month using the BodyGuardz case he already has a broken screen. We have been loyal customers and always have beautiful screens on our phones, thanks to the replacement plans! I'm sure we can get this issue corrected...thank you
