Specifically for model NERE10SW. The only negative feedback I have is it doesn't do well with rugs… either pushes them around or bulldozes so they fold. It works well on carpet and the mapping is superior to the other brands I tried.. very easy to set up voice commands. This is the 1st gen, the newer versions of every brand including this one seem to go downhill.

If I could give this 100 stars I would!! I use this vacuum every other day. I have 5 cats and 3 dogs and my floors are always free of pet hair. Great way to save yourself work. Now I only vacuum once a week with my regular vacuum to get the spots the robot vacuum can't reach. Do yourself a favor and buy one!

I would give this 4 stars all around , except I ordered the 8000pa and got a 4000pa. I've contacted the company and haven't received a response yet. The robot itself does average to good. The first couple of times were the best. Now it doesn't seem to pick up as much. It is great for pet hair. The side sweepers are easy to clean as is the roller. It will get tangled up in small cords or things that are flimsy.. This wouldn't be a problem I think for most people. The app isn't as easy to use as I'd like. I'm not very tech savvy though. I do have 4 inside dogs, laminate flooring, and sand. Overall I do think it's worth it for me because of my situation. Under normal circumstances I think it would work even better. I do encourage you to make sure you get the model you paid for.
