Great Product!
I love it. The taste is great (doesn't taste exactly as orange), but this one taste better than the other 2 Mellow Mag that Swanson offer. Simple to use, just add one scoop to water (as little water or as much water you want, to your taste), mix, and drink, that's it!!

hello mag a very good product to help you relax.
Really good product. I don't sleep much but mellow mag helps me relax. Some I had a parathyroid problem n they ended up taking half my thyroid out I haven't slept much but the Jello mag helps me to get a few hours more. Very good product.

Good product
I like the orange flavored Mellow Mag. I usually mix it with my unflavored psyllium about an hour or so before bedtime. The Mellow Mag helps me relax and keep away restless leg and cramps in the legs and feet.
