I have a very sensitive stomach and also take medicine that causes constipation. This probiotic does wonders with keeping my family and I well regulated, I do not feel near as bloated as I used to, and my stomach just overall feels so much better, especially when I eat after. We have taken these daily for about 4 months now and will continue to take this brand for the foreseeable future :) The price is also much lower compared to other brands.

I will say, I haven't noticed a real change, though my doc recommended a good probiotic......I've noticed I am more belchy at times lol, no idea if that's due to the probiotic or not though....I try to eat yogurt once a day too.....as raw probiotics are obviously better than processed.....but there's just so many different options available, figured I'd give these a whirl first. They are available in my local store, despite the site saying otherwise.
