Boost is really handy if You have COPD or SOB. My Oxygen saturation is too high for an Oxygen tank, but occasionally I need a good shot of Oxygen when I get short of breath. Boost is perfect for those situations, not too heavy to carry and I can always have a can near just in case.

I got this for a dental visit that I was going to have laughing gas at. I brought it in my purse and had it ready for me when I got to the car. I just sat there before pulling out and easily breathed it in and in no time I was feeling so much better. I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it was for a large can of this. The ease of use was so easy. I would highly recommend it. It has so many great applications in sports too. Really just an incredible product and it's right at Walmart.
