I'm a diehard fan of dragon ball display figures and own all 46 volumes of the original Bandai 1986 dragon ball Z/GT action figures from the super battle collection by Bandai. I started collecting the larger figures by Banpresto/Bandai and am currently working on collecting the actual fighting scene collection from the anime series. I saw a ssj 2 Gohan shooting his very first Kamehameha wave after cell, knowing he's no match for the young super sayain and his awakened powers brought on by cells evil antics to lure the boys power with going after his friends and family, with the hope that seeing his allies in danger would be enough to awaken his inner powers, launching a Kamehameha wave straight toward the earth, at the very last second using barely a fraction of his energy and completely engulfed cell in a blast that left cell severely damaged and Gohan taking pleasure in seeing the monsters suffering. So I had to take a chance and buy this timeless piece. The package came early, that said, upon seeing the box I had noticed the top right corner was dented and scratched. Upon opening the box I was in awe of the amazing figure and realistic representation of the scene. But I had also noticed that the golden painted hair had a few visible scuffing and scratching (pictures in the rating) and was completely devastated. I suffer from a wide range of metal health disorders and ADHD as well as OCD and various anxiety disorders are just a few and they're all chronic and debilitating. From my perspective it's certainly not “new” condition seeing this and I want to believe that it was just an unfortunate mistake. It is shameful that about 75% of the purchases I make via the Walmart app have been either not the correct product, size, color, model or even damaged and defective. I'm not asking for a refund but if you could allow me to pick an item that is equivalent in price or more and I pay the difference then I would rate a full 5 star rating. I didn't rate a 1 due to the item arriving early and product is in decent condition. I hope to hear from you soon and hope that we can continue to do business together! Thank you for allowing me to review this product. I have seen far worse than this.
