Typical Primo Quality

I should have known better. There were very few reviews for this product and the one video I found confirmed the products biggest flaw - the kit doesn't sit flush with the Kamado opening and prevents you from closing your lid completely. I have no idea how this product made it to market. How is one supposed to use a rotisserie effectively on a kamado if you can't close the lid?! Not to mention there was still remnants of the mold or dye they used to cast the ring - not a huge deal but speaks to there non attention to detail. Oh and the product came with ZERO installation or set up instructions. No biggie I'll just go to there website and look for the instructions - wrong limited support and/or resources. Don't make the same mistake I did. Go with a Kamado Joe or a Big Green Egg.
