Very disappointing experience! Poor packaging!

Items arrived damaged (bent and slightly mangled booklets, broken crayons, ripped/damaged paper package), as the packaging was cheap and offered no protection whatsoever. My daughter and I are not only disappointed, but heartbroken as well, since they are not suitable to include in her goodie bags!
