They hold up well in the washer, haven't thrown them in the dryer. They have not pilled or caught lint which is awesome! I will be using for a long time even though I'm not nursing anymore. I'm typically an xs but motherhood doesn't seem to have any xs nursing bra options so i ordered a small in the dusty rose and it fit great and is sooo comfortable. It's a little on the thin side but if you have some nursing pads to throw in you'll be perfectly fine !
