Georgia Boot USA Logger Waterproof Work Boot

My first pair of Georgia Boots! Quite impressive! Whoever designed the Comfort Core System should be on the Mount Rushmore of Logger Boot Evolution. Even my surgically reconstructed toes are quite comfortable in these boots. The sole is adequate on snow and ice (pure ice requires YakTrax - just a fact). In the spring, I will clean (Saddle Soap) and condition the leather (Huberd's Shoe Grease) to make them even more resilient. This is also my first pair of non-insulated lined boots. Not so impressive. These boots do indeed keep the water at bay; unfortunately, the liner absorbs sweat like a sponge, especially in the heel, at least for me. Boot dryers are mandatory if you want to wear these boots every day, otherwise you need to let them dry out for a day while you wear another pair of boots. Other than that, these are a rugged and solid pair of boots for all your adventures (or occupations). Enthusiastically recommended!
