Defective items will be replaced or repaired at Livex's discretion. Improper lamping may result in damage and will void the Livex guarantee. Any modification to a Livex Lighting product will void the Livex Lighting warranty policy and also the UL, C-UL, or ETL listing. Livex Lighting Inc. outdoor fixturtes have an unconditional warranty for one year from the date of invoice with the exception of fixtures finished in Antique Brass -01, Polished Brass -02 and Brushed Nickel -91; there is no warranty offered on these outdoor finishes due to extreme conditions such as acid rain, salt air and ultra-violet exposure. Livex Lighting will not be responsible for oxidation and/or discoloration of Antique Brass -01, Polished Brass -02, and Brushed Nickel -91 outdoor fixtures. All cast aluminum outdoor fixtures have a powder coated finish.
