Poor quality chrome book

Avoid purchasing from VR Assets. We only used this chrome book for one day before realizing it was poor quality. Tried to return it but they were unwilling to accept it as it was outside of the 30 day warranty. There was no effort to resolve our issue- just a sorry you're outside of the warranty. To be fair, I did wait a little longer than I should have to return it (by 2 weeks) but the fact that they were completely unwilling to be flexible and work with me was frustrating. So now we are stuck with a poor quality chrome book and out $150.
